Chris Redlitz, General Partner
Chris has been on the forefront of emerging technologies since the commercialization of the web and he is currently a Managing Partner at Kicklabs, an early stage accelerator based in San Francisco, California. Chris co founded the AdAuction, the first online media exchange in 1997 which was the precursor to the current auction based and dynamic pricing platforms in online media. Chris was instrumental in restructuring the businesses for Get Relevant (acquired by Lycos) and Aptimus (acquired by Apollo LLC). Chris co founded the first online independent yellow pages, OnVillage (acquired by Super Pages), the first online automated coupon platform, launched the first RSS ad campaigns, and helped develop the first peer to peer ad delivery system. He received Ad Age’s prestigious i20 award for his accomplishments in the development of interactive advertising. Chris has been a successful adviser and investor and he was an adviser and seed investor in Omniture (acquired by Adobe), the web’s leading analytics company. Early in his career, Chris worked for Reebok Int’l and continues to pursue his passion for fitness as an avid cyclist.



Peter Boboff, General Partner
Peter is a Managing Partner at Transmedia Capital and cofounder of Kicklabs, a seed accelerator focused on early stage digital media and cloud companies. Peter has been at the forefront of the Internet’s development since he started his career in 1985 as a network engineer developing IP-based router technologies. He founded three technology companies and has been in the early stage venture business for more than 14 years. Peter invested in more than 50 startups including top search engines Baidu (China) and Yandex (Russia), C2B (Inktomi), Trigo (IBM), Sandpiper (Digital Island) and more recently: TrialPay, Domo, Kiip, and RealGravity. Peter was the founder and CEO of Pakana Corporation, a venture funded company focused on the B2B Internet market. In 1998, he was a Managing Partner at Whittman-Hart (WHIT), a $1 billion global IT solutions provider. Prior, he was a founder and CEO of Axis Consulting, a leading systems integrator specializing in Internet and ERP solutions, which was acquired by Whittman-Hart in 1997 in a deal valued at $60M. After relocating to the US from Australia, Peter was engaged by Charles Schwab & Co as a Network Design Consultant. He holds a BS degree in Mathematics from the Western Australian Institute of Technology. When he is not focused on his technology investments, Peter is most passionate about his family, wine, food, skiing, and fly-fishing.

Beverly Parenti, Director of Operations
Beverly has been an integral part of emerging technology companies, including online payment solutions, e-commerce, financial services, advertising and lead generation. Beverly has a depth of experience in online media and e-commerce and transitioned into technology as a founding member of First Virtual Holdings, the first secure online payment system which she helped take public in 1996. Since 1997, Ms. Parenti has worked in a variety of management positions for Adauction.com (the first advertising exchange acquired by Media Passage), Feedster (RSS search and syndication acquired by Urth.tv), ImpulseBuy (e-commerce platform acquired by Inktomi), and Aptimus (lead generation engine acquired by Apollo LLC). As the founder and CEO of BodyAmi, Beverly exemplifies the meaning of executive fitness. With a background as a dancer and certified fitness instructor, Beverly understands the importance of fitness, health and performance in the competitive business environment. Ms. Parenti is an active advisor of Astia and mentors to entrepreneurs. Most recently, she was the Director of Operations and Events for KickLabs, San Francisco.
